This year United Lubavitcher Yeshiva Auction will welcome back last year’s Restaurant Showcase favorites – Izzy’s Brooklyn Smokehouse and Boeuf and Bun, and will for the first time feature renowned chef Levi Feigenson of Table One; promising a menu of restaurant-worthy succulence and unprecedented abundance.
Izzy’s Brooklyn Smokehouse has received nation-wide acclaim for bringing authentic old style BBQ to the Kosher world, their signature dishes include Texas smoked brisket; pulled smoked beef; hot wings and smoked turkey; all served with house-made pickles and slaw, and pit smoked brisket-and-beans.
Boeuf and Bun has put an exciting and fresh new spin on the traditional beef burger, with fresh ground lamb, beef or chicken options and original additions like guacamole, caramelized onions, salsa verde and an entire array of homemade sauces. Their B&B Wings served with horseradish mayo are an all-time favorite as well.
Levi Feigenson of Table One is widely regarded for his creative approach to cuisine; his carefully selected seasonal ingredients are transformed into a perfectly executed and presented dish that satisfies all the senses. His bountiful selection of Hors d’oeuvres is a highly anticipated new part of the event.
