We were his tenants for a few years. He was the best landlord you could ask for. Always so gentle and kind; a very wise and humble chossid!
He was a living example of the מאמר חז”ל,
כל שרוח הבריות נוחה הימנו המקום נוחה הימנו
A gentle Chossid, loved by all who ever met him and no doubt a dear favorite of the One Above. His quiet nobility spoke louder than any thundering voice, our community will miss him and the example he set.
May his family be comforted by the lasting impression he has made on thousands of people who davened with him in 770 and did not overlook his הצנע לכת.
. . . המקום ינחם אתכם
His family used to reside in the house attached to 701.
I remember when there was major fire in his house; he didnt loose his composure, Like a true Chosid.
Biruch Dayon Haemes
And his wonderful Aidel family should only know of happy occasions
BDE. YOU SHOULD NOT KNOW FROM anymore tzaar.
He lived below me, we went to the same Shule and he was my landlord for more than two decades. He was always a kind and gentle man who made the world a better place. My heart goes out to his entire family.
So sorry to hear this. Very special man.
