A message to Anash and Shluchim from the family of Rabbi Yitzy Hurwitz
Rabbi Yitzy Hurwitz, along with his wife Dina , and family have been on Shlichus for 15 years in Temecula, CA, where they built up a beautiful Jewish community.
About a year ago, Rabbi Hurwitz was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). His ability to function has been strongly challenged.
As of recent months, Yitzy cannot sing and he cannot talk, he cannot dance and he can not walk.
What he can do is love. He can listen, he can smile, he can be there for you. Let’s be there for him!
As of now, he needs Chasdei Hashem – a miracle.
Please help us to create this miracle, by donating JUST $1.80 to the Tzedakah/Charity of your choice in Yitzi’s honor – in honor of Yosef Yitzchok ben Bracha.

Our goal is to reach 18,000 people, then we are sure that “Tzedaka saves from harm,” and certainly tzedaka of thousands of Yidden will definitely bring him a refuah shlema.
We know that people want to give, but sometimes they forget, everyone is busy.

I’m Yizi Hurwitz’s cousuin, everyone in our family loves him very much. and so my father Rabbi Y. Y. Hurwitz & my brother Aryeh Leib came up with this idea of ‘1.80 for Yitzi’ they were the master minders of this enormous successful campaign, Now that so many thousands of people gave tzdeaka for Yitzi, we’re sure he’ll get healthy very very soon.
