Some of the people in the pictures are wearing their tefillin incorrectly (too low on the forehead, etc.) and are not fulfilling this mitzvah at all.

I personally do not go. But it seems to me that if it was not ok the Rebbe would have found a way to stop it and even not allow it to begin by not putting the thought into the minds of those in control that it is ok. It further seems to me that anything that aids the connection of the Chasidim to the Rebbe, the Rebbe would allow it and be all for it
I have never been inside out of fear. Whats the “background” that makes it ok to daven in Gan eden ha’elyon without being invited by the Rebbe? I am certain there was a thinking process that led to it. Someone please explain…
