When something is meant to be, nothing will stand in the way of it, or the brochos that are pouring down on it, to make it happen!
That’s exactly what happened Tuesday evening, 14th of Shevat, 3rd of February, in Crown Heights.
On a bitter cold night, with iced over sidewalks, over 130 women came out to be inspired at a Jewish Bride Institute event featuring Chana Epstein, a renowned marriage counselor, who has a unique brocho from the Rebbe to discuss intimacy.
The evening lasted until a very late hour, with a confidential question and answer session, following the lecture. Women were also given the opportunity to talk privately with Mrs. Epstein after the program.
“The response has been overwhelming, with countless women saying that if they only heard these things years before, they would have saved themselves so much heartache!” said the organization’s founder and director Mrs. Mimi Weiszner. “A strong sense of pride in our role of akeres habayis and an understanding of intimacy from a true, holy perspective go hand in hand to ensure that our women are happy and clear about their mission in life!
“The Rebbe demanded this type of education when he created the revolution known as mivtzah taharas hamishpocho. I am only trying to take that revolution to the next level by providing holy educational opportunities for women and girls!” she said.
Many more Jewish Bride Institute events are planned to take place in Crown Heights and beyond, Weiszner said.
