Update: Thursday 9:30 am
In just over 13 hours, Chabad of Hebron surpassed their historic goal!
People from around the world joined the campaign to help Chabad of Hebron raise over $500,000. Now, they have officially entered a bonus round!
The new goal set by the devoted Chabad of Hebron team is now $613,000 with all donations being doubled through the end of the campaign.
That’s right, this Bar Mitzvah celebration just went into an extra round of dancing and you are invited to join in! If the momentum can be kept up, this bonus round can be met too! It can be done!
So, if at this point, you still haven’t donated, do so now and make your dollars count.

A group of volunteers have been working around the clock at Charidy’s Brooklyn Headquarters to help Chabad of Hebron reach its goal of $500,000.
The Charidy campaign launched at 12 pm on Wednesday, with the goal of raising half a million dollars to support the work of Chabad of Hebron.
With 13 successful years under the belt, Chabad of Hebron is commited to continuously bring the light and joy of Yiddishkeit to Hebron. But today, they embark on something huge; something that can change the landscape of Jewish Hebron for years to come. And YOU can be a part of it.
In honor of Chabad of Hebron’s Bar Mitzvah year, three very generous groups of donors have each pledged to match your donations dollar for dollar up to $500,000! That’s right, half a million dollars!! And that mean’s every $1.00 donated becomes $4.00!
