Justice to soon be served.
A 13-year-old black boy was arrested on Monday night for the unprovoked assault of a 12-year-old Jewish boy in Crown Heights.
“The boy was charged with Assault 3 and Aggravated Harassment,” the New York Police Department’s 71st Precinct said.
As reported on COLlive.com on November 6, the attack on the Jewish boy while he was playing ball on President Street was done by two young black teens.
They struck the boy, whose name was not identified in an interview with local TV, on the head as he tried picking up a ball from the ground.
A comment on COLlive claimed that “it was a gang of approximately 15 male African American teenage boys” and that “they sent 2 of them to go and attack the child” who upon fulfilling the crime were cheered by their friends.
Authorities have reported incidents connected to the violent “Knockout” game – where teens try striking an unsuspecting person in a single shot to impress their friends – in New York, Illinois, Missouri and Washington. In Crown Heights, Jews are the primary target.
But Officer Vinny Martinos said the 2 teenagers “were not playing ‘Knockout’.” He said the boy arrested was told by his friends that “if he didn’t hit someone he wouldn’t get any respect, and they were making fun of him until he did.”
He said the boy lives in the area of the 67 Precinct and attends the Alternative Learning Center on St. Johns, located in the jurisdiction of the 77 Precinct. The incident happened in the 71 Precinct.
The NYPD said that being a juvenile, the boy that was arrested was returned to his mother with a court date set for Nov 27, 2013.
Assault in the 3rd degree is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in jail, the law offices of Adam D. Perlmutter points out. In New York City, however, a first arrest for assault in 3rd degree will usually not result in jail time.

Poor Boy, they made me do it.?!? Another evil has sprung and just to think our TAXES from our hard earned money goes to feed, clothe and “educate” these punks so as they can harm us..yes, why not target the Jew boy, why didn’t they go knock-out one of their own.. it’s a “game” after all . The police should have takin his freinds in for questioning, and get them to admit to their knockouts They did. . The police dont care and only made the arrest to show they are doing something .

in a Juvenile Facility or Boot Camp, and no Rachmonus. This situation is spreading, because The Courts release these thugs, back to their parents and Society, where they do not belong.

So I guess the lesson learnt from this is that the only way to battle crime is to send our 13 year old’s out for battle. Oh and will make sure to make up a nice story as to why “he did it”.
