A chosson and talmid chacham.
Guests at the wedding of Moshe Chaim Chanunu and Mimi Shitrit held this week in Kfar Chabad stood at the chuppa, enjoyed a meal and danced joyfully.
They also had a unique gift given to them: A set of two volumes comprising of ‘chidushim’ on Gemara and Shulchan Aruch, written by the chosson himself.
“Ateres Moshe” is the name of his own commentary on Gamara and the 4 volumes of Shulchan Aruch which he has written over the years of learning in the Chabad yeshivos in Israel and Brooklyn, NY.
The first volume was published in 2010, and the second printed now. They received endorsements from former Chief Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, former Chief Rabbi Eliyahu Bakshi Doron, former Chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar, current Chief Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef, Kfar Chabad Rabbi Mordechai Shmuel Ashkenazi and others.
Rabbi Yosef Heller, Rosh of the Kolel Menachem in Crown Heights, said he was impressed by Chanunu when he spent a few weeks learning in the Kolel. “I’ve seen myself the greatness of his perseverance and diligence in Torah,” the rabbi wrote in a letter.

You can see from this bachur’s name , that his background is from a different community and culture – and his gadlus shines. Let us all be careful niot to judge others that are different than us, They may even excell in areas, that we can not even approach .

the verse gose “kinaas soifreim tarbe chocma”
not “marbe chochma”,
the point of the verse is not that chas vesollom the actuall “kinna” will be marbe chocma, it wont kinaa only brings you down.
the verse is saying kinaas soifreim Tarbe chocma – that going through the kinaas soifrim, more chochma coma down to the world,
the difreence may seem small but if you look into it youll see the importance.
