The Police need to be kept off the street
October 19, 2012 12:02 pm

They are never there when someone needs them, only to arrest when they are bored

Forget people thinking you are a cop trolling COL, I hope you are not a parent either. Do you hear yourself?? Perhaps you were there? Tell us what “these” kids or Ehud did that would warrant such force? Stop using legal terminology where decency is obviously being denied. Do you think that everyone deserves to be treated with common decency or do you think a kid with a skully cap on is a thug? Come out of your box, and see that our own children, no matter where they hold in life, are not being given a chance. What A.L.I.Y.A.… Read more »

#14 - with 'respect'..........
October 17, 2012 6:09 am

Or should I specify, with all (if any) due respect, kindly get off this forum. There is no welcome sign here for ignorant, hot headed, baseless respect-demanding pigs. You may want to use your time Productively and start exploring new job opportunities. Hopefully you’re not one of the actually involved cops, in which case I’d still suggest you get ogf here amd instead start dearching for a lawyer. Either way, every city cop should be too busy shaking in his pants now To have time to snoop in (and the gall to comment!) on our legitimate forums. Dunkin donuts may… Read more »

You are 100% correct. Whoever thinks this is police brutality is an ignorant fool. THese drunk irresponsible kids need to be taught a lesson and put in their place. WHen authority tells you to do something, you listen. If police tell you to get off a couch, LISTEN! Dont be a smart *** and you wont get arrested. These police did nothing but put handcuffs on a kid that probably deserved it. I hope this snot brained kid spent the night in jail and learned a lesson to respect authority.

Exactly that! The arrests themselves are brutality. False, and simply power tripping egos at play. CPR my —-. If any one of these inner city cops can be said to have (let alone know about) Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect, then WE are all Angels!

what’s “standard” is not always tantamount to RIGHT. In this case, given background info, as well as cops taking their jobs PERSONALLY rather than professionally, their response was to arrest someone (again) for no justifiable reason. What these idiots (that is really the nicest term I can come up with) are doing is simply using scare tactics (arrest, and L-rd help you if you want to know why or resist due to not knowing…) to show little Jew boys (and big ones) just who’s in charge. In fact, (FACT), there is such filth and scandal going on inside the force… Read more »

A cop is just a criminal with a badge.

duh! use your noodles. when someone is arrested – especially on FALSE charges he automatically develops a police record! This most of the times hinders a person from certain jobs. also from being allowed into another country. with a police record you are stigmatized. THAT my friend in my dictionary is BRUTALITY in a much worse and longer lasting form than just a beating! Imagine, this guy Ehud trying to enter Australia for example with a police record of attacking a cop (or as someone else wrote a pgi). He would NEVER be allowed there. And this is an absolute… Read more »

If there are multiple times that these kinds of events are being caught on film, they are obviously happening alarmingly more often and not being filmed. Thus, resulting with many innocent victims facing trumpe-up criminal charges and criminals parading as officers roaming the streets freely…

they were having a small bbq
October 16, 2012 5:49 pm

the boys from aliya were having a small bbq outside the shul and some bored officers came over and started harassing them about needing a permit. one of the boys was filming the encounter from inside and the officer didn’t like it so he went in (WITHOUT a warrant) and demanded ID. When They didn’t get immediate obedience (which is what NYPD officers enforce. law is irrelevant, what matters is whether the officer was offended) they beat one of the boys and arrested him. obviously caharging him with disorderly conduct, obstruction of governmental bla and resisting arrest as the usual… Read more »

Why was he arrested?
October 16, 2012 5:32 pm

I’m confused…why was he arrested? Or this video is one of ACTUAL police brutality?
