Members of the London community gathered for a Rosh Chodesh Kislev seuda and farbrengen, organized by the bochurim shluchim to Yeshiva Gedola of London.
The guest speaker for the event was Rabbi Ephraim Piekarski, who flew in from New York.
Rabbi Piekarski first stopped at the Yeshiva to give practical advice on learning and words of inspiration to the students.
Later on, the community gathered at the Yeshiva to enjoy a full catered meal in honor of Rosh Chodesh Kislev, and to be inspired by speakers Mashpia Rabbi Mendel Gordon, Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Hertz and Rabbi Piekarski.
Young Shliach Rabbi Mendel Cohen gave a dvar Torah as well.
After the seuda Rabbi Piekarski continued to farbreng until the early hours of the morning.
The event was organized with the help of the bochurim shluchim and Dovvi Gopin.
