Beis Menachem Mendel of Flatbush in Brooklyn held its Simchas Beis Hashoeiva celebration Motzoei Shabbos Chol Hamoed Sukkos at the center on Ave J and E17 Street.
One thousand people came from around Flatbush, Midwood, Boro Park, Kensington and Crown Heights to dance and say L’chaim with the Rabbi Yochanan Morozov.
The Yehuda Piamenta orchestra and Eli Marcus kept the crowd on its feet.
When joyous participants discovered singer Dovid Stein in their midst, they pushed him to the stage to sing a few songs with the orchestra.
