whats if the michuten (or the one that’s paying) is the owner of the bus and its his gas?

It may be choseir.

The michuten wants the atmosphere on the bus to be one of Simcha. If there is an outsider who does not share in the simcha and his demeanor may have a dampening effect on the joy of all the other family and guest traveling and shlepping to their simcha and will inhibit them, then this may be a matter of Zeh Chaseir.

That is why one cannot just enter someone house and sit on a couch because it is zeh choseir, as ones privacy, and freedom of expression will be impinged upon by the strangers presence.

Why cant we say, the bus ride is essentially a gift to each individual, for shleping to the wedding to be mesameiach choson v’klah דאי לא עביד לי’ה נייחא לנפשי לא הוא יהיב לי’ה מתנתא. surely there must be ramifications to this halacha of זה נהנה וזה לא חסר (EX. Someone can not come into my house and take a “rest” on my couch when I’m not home without my permission based on זה נהנה וזה לא חסר)
