The Shul could use your help

The Merkaz Sefarad is not just another Shul in the neighborhood, but it is like a community center for the numerous local families of Sefardic origin in our community, offering Tefilot, Shiurim, Hiloulot, learning of Piutim etc and many other activities. Whether you daven there or on a daily basis or come to one of the many Shiurim, or just attend the extra curricular activities, the Shul needs your support. Please contact the Rov, Shimmy or Rabbi Avtzon and ask how can you help.

I was there…my wife is Morocan. Wonderful evening.
“Needless to say, their private audience with the King the next day was cancelled and they were escorted to their planes to return to their homes….”
Of course, the king’s candy was taken away and he got angry.

This was the best event I’ve ever been to. 2 out of the 4 speeches were deep chassidus shiurim, the sfardic rav from Flatbush gave over valuable content and the the gvir-guest-of-honor who has taken the shul’s rent upon himself spoke about his accepting a rav over him self in all matters.

Never seen any like this event. Can’t stop talking about what I heard there.

Thank you, Shimon.

A very fine man , discret askan, and a true friend to Chabad. He always welcomed us on tahalucha, ever since his shul opened.
