A beautiful mother and daughter event was held last Wednesday at Bais Chana High School in Los Angeles, CA, honoring the spiritual beauty of Jewish women in the past and present.
Magnificent wall murals painted by students showed Sarah in her tent, Miriam standing by the river, Devorah HaNivia under the date tree, Ruth in the field, and Queen Esther in the palace.
Life size portraits of Rebbetzin Chana Schneerson, the Rebbe’s mother and Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneerson, the Rebbe’s wife adorn the walls of the High School auditorium, as well as students greeting the redemption with the third Bais Hamikdash.
Girls had the opportunity to showcase their immense talents through artistry relating to tznius. Girls were able to connect with their identities as Chassidim and were inspired to fulfill their unique mission to be merit to the redemption.

The whole evening was amazing! Thanks to Mrs. Fruma Shapiro for organizing, Mushky Rivkin as well. Mrs. Menucha Shochet farbrenged so beautifully about the power of wearing clothes that are Tznius. The girls did an amazing job and you felt their dedication and love for the school,amazing hiskashrus and emunah. Thanks to the principals,Mrs. Farkash and Hauptman. A big Yasher Koach to Rabbi Begun for hiring the most amazing staff anywhere!!! Thank you for your dedication to Bais Chana. THANK YOU REBBE FOR BAIS CHANA!

The girls holding hands and walking to the Beis hamikdosh touches deep and evokes tears…..this art is shaping our future ….now thanks to you girls we can walk around with this vision in our heads….and before you know it it will be our reality……….

Rabbi Begun worked tirelessly behind the scenes as well as running Bais Chana for 16 yrs. Yasher Koach. There were many community activists and many dedicated caring parents who helped as well. Special thanks to Mrs. Farkash, but it was definitely a group undertaking.
