# 4: Leah Rubashkin – Monsey, New York

Each one of the possible winners is truly an outstanding individual. No matter what the final count, there aren’t any losers on this list. Each “candidate” in his/her own right is a beacon of light to those whose paths they’ve crossed and, by extension, a light to the world at large as well.
Leah Rubashkin… definitely deserves it!!
No matter what she is a real winner!
We pray with Leah for the day when she will truly rejoice alongside her husband Reb Sholom Mordechai.
I think this great to see yidden……… in the news for the good and to bring nachos to Hashem.
Only peeps i know..
true heores clearly!
Good Luck!
Shomom Mordechai and Leah Rubashkin have been hereos long before their tragedy. The amount of Tzedaka (not only in the form of money but helping people with whatever they needed) that they gave to thousands of mosdas and individual people is beyond anyones imagination! They will I”YH see the final yeshuoa for their golus together with the ultimate yeshuoa with Moshiach NOW!
Do u have to start an argumentvwith everything? Go manis friedman
Mrs Rubashkin certainly didn’t need a tragedy to prompt her passion, as you put it in your comment.
I’m sure that she was and continues to have a lot of bitachon and strength, even through this horrible tragedy.
I would never wish this upon anybody.
She definately deserves all the credit and respect for who she is, and how strong she is through this horrible test.
Go Mrs Rubashkin!! You are a light in this dark world!
what about benji sock he is a hero to almost everyone!
benji
we love you
one of the people you help
I voted for you and hope you win!
Leah has always been my hero. From observing the way she brought up all of her children to the time, effort & care she put into her son Moshe who has autism, & the way she & her husband were such amazing Baalei Tzeddakah – making people feel good while receiving much needed funds…. & now – with all the difficulties thrown her way – she & her family rise above & continue to trust in Hashem, stay positive, ALWAYS smiling & always seeing the good. We pray with Leah for the day when she will truly rejoice alongside her… Read more »
She really deserves to win.
Voted for you, hope you win!
I hope they both win. They both deserve it… (its a good thing they aren’t in the same category!)
Rabbi Friedman has inspired thousands of fallen away Jews to return to their heritage by his depth and caring. Seems like the winner to me. He’s not just saving one person, but whole families for a lifetime. He did not need a tragedy to prompt his passion.
Hope Leah Rubashkin wins!!
Good job! You too Rabbi Friedman!
Leah Rubashkin is the most amazing person!! Despite all the hardships she is going through she still has this amazing emunah and bitochon which really inspires me! Instead of us encouraging her she is the one that encourages us to strengthen ourselves! She seriously deserves to have only brochos on her and her family!
Go Manis Friedman and Leah Rubashkin
Im davening for a complete Yeshua for Sholom Mordechai Halevi Ben Rivka!!!!
The sentencing and dynamics of this whole case is just so unjust and ridiculously blatant anti-semitism that its shocking that its happening in 21st century in America! (supposedly a democracry and free country)
Hopefully Leah Rubashkin will be nominated and recieve the funds she so desperatly needs!!
Leah Rubashkin
Hope she wins!! She deserves it!!
