Chabad of Ulster County, located in the state of New York, hosted a breakfast and a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Katz Family Hospitality Suits.
The Shul, headed by Rabbi Hanoch Hecht, recently underwent a $400,000 construction job and now boasts a newly renovated social hall and brand new bedrooms.
This project was made possible by esteemed community member Mr. Curtis Katz, in honor of the Rebbe and over 50 years of leadership in Jewish camping by Rebbetzin Chave Hecht.
Chabad of Ulster County is thrilled to be expanding and is looking forward to hosting guests throughout the year. These 7 bedrooms are available for Shabbos, holidays and other occasions.
“This is very exciting for locals, who live too far from the Shul will now be able to stay and enjoy a true Shabbos experience,” said Hecht. “We also look forward to hosting many guests thought the year.”

We know all the hard work that was put into it. Mazel Tov on the accomplishment. Now hard working Lubavitchers have a nice place to go for shabbos and are helping the Rebba’s shluchim out at the same time. We are all proud
