Kindergarten Hosts Israeli Mayor

Kiryat Gat Mayor Visits Ganeinu Students in Jacksonville, FL

On Wednesday October 24th The Honorable Aviram Dahari, Mayor of Kiryat Gat, Israel visited with the students and faculty of Ganeinu Early Childhood Development Center in Jacksonville, FL.

The Mayor was visiting for a fundraiser event supporting a charity in his city, www.IsraelHelp.com and to address the Jacksonville City Council.

Ganeinu students greeted Mayor Dahary with a warm welcome including special songs the children prepared and performed in honor of his visit. The Mayor then graciously shook hands and chatted with the young and eager students.

“I am so very impressed with the students and the professional staff of Ganeinu,” the Mayor remarked. “I visit schools around the world and congratulate you on your amazing success.”

Mrs. Chana Novack, Director of Ganeinu said “we were so honored to be visited by the Mayor of Kiryat Gat, our students were looking forward to this for many days and we are grateful he was able to visit.”
