This Motzei Shabbos, the 29th of Elul marks 3o days since the passing of Mrs. Dorit Giro, OBM.
The family will be hosting a shloshim event in honor of Mrs. Giro, who passed away at the young age of 45. Dorit was a beloved member of our community as well as a dear mother, daughter, wife and sister.
The family will begin writing a Sefer Torah in her honor. Upon the Sefer Torah’s completion it will be given to Lubavitcher Yeshiva to be used during the children’s daily minyan.
The entire anash is invited to participate at the shloshim and Sefer Torah writing.
This event will take place at Lubavitcher Yeshiva this Motzei Shabbos at 9:00 pm.
In honor of the shloshim Itzik Benabou has contributed towards the dedication of the newly renovated Lubavitcher Yeshiva Simcha hall in honor of his dear sister’s memory.

My words come as no comfort, yet come from the heart…May Hashem award you the strength and peace of mind, to bring out all the good Dorit has done in her life into action.
