Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Vice Chairman of Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch, met with a group of campus Shluchim who are participating in a training session as part of Chabad on Campus International Foundation’s Strategic Initiative.
The Strategic Initiative was established by Rabby Yossy Gordon, Executive Vice President of Chabad on Campus, to assist the more than 150 Chabad Shluchim and Shluchos on college campuses around the world in creating long-term financial, fundraising, organizational and programming strategies that ensure even greater success and an increasingly higher level of excellence in their vital work.
The training, given by professional sales trainer Mark Wilensky, equipped the Shluchim to serve as mentors to their fellow campus Shluchim.
“This program is unique in that those participating will have their fellow campus Shluchim motivating them on an ongoing basis to grow their Shlichus following a systematic and goal-oriented process”, said Avi Weinstein, director of the Strategic Initiative.
