New York Boys Choir, one of the freshest sounds on the Jewish music scene, under the guidance of renowned producer Yitzy Bald, and film producer Danny Finkelman, join forces with Kids of Courage, the famed volunteer organization that turns the dreams of children with serious medical conditions into reality by providing them with medically supervised trips, weekends and other events.
The song, Kids of Courage, is an all new composition written by Yitzy Bald for this project and depicts the solidarity between the boys of NYBC with the amazing youngsters that are the Kids of Courage.
A Sparks Next production directed by Danny Finkelman and sponsored by Shaul Greenwald of Riverside Abstract, this inspiring video, shot in numerous landmark Manhattan locations including Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Central Park and the Empire State Building, includes both NYBC, its star soloist, Jewish Star winner Dovid Moskovits, and contestant Shlomo Skolnik, joined by several of the Kids of Courage and features choreography by the Zvika Bornstein of the Hamsa Boys.
“There are no words that could possibly express the importance of what this organization does,” said Yitzy Bald. “New York Boys Choir is thrilled to play even a small part in helping Kids of Courage, by letting the world know the amazing things this organization does for these kids, giving them hope and helping them recapture the essence of what it means to be a kid. We hope that our fans will join us and do whatever they can to help Kids of Courage in their all important work.”

That’s what Yiddishkeit is all about showing kindness and caring for others it’s always about yiddishkeit
Sorry to disappoint you, its not about yiddishkeit, its about kids of courage and the Jewish kids who spent time singing for them…
I agree with # 19 it is important for them to realize the influence they have on others its not just about music its about yiddishkeit
I didn’t say they weren’t wearing tzitzis. I said you can’t see the tzitzis. Their producers should teach them to be proud as Jewish kids and we should see their tzitzis.

Thank you Danny for having the courage to go for some reggae and new vocal techniques. This is a fantastic song and a really innovative production.
Just because they tuck in their tzitis does not mean thy are not wearing any! Every single one of those boys is wearing tzitzis. Why don’t you use more of your energy looking for the good in people!

It’s funny, that I was watching this on an iPad, and when the part with the iPad came up, I got kinda confused, then I realized that it was part of the video. Anyway, AWSOME video!!
im just curious why is this considered “jewish music” when other bands like 8th day are not? this song sounds eerily similar to a non jewish song. who decides whats jewish or not? besides niggunim from the rebeiim, why should any music be considered “jewish” the whole thing seems hypocritical to me.
but i do like the song!
shlomo and dovid, you guys did amazing,
great job
DOVID moskovits rocks
Great video, but I agree… with the all black clothing, the missing Tzitzis are glaringly obvious!!!!
