A week ago, a project called ‘Shluchei Adoneinu’ was launched in Cheder Chabad Sydney by Mendy Bryski.
The entire school was split into small groups; each group of students had to research a different country’s Shluchim.
The children picked a specific Shliach in ‘their’ country to find out about, interview and try to find out how Shlichus relates to children.
They then had to present their findings on an oak tag, which is being displayed in the Cheder.
The winning group, announced at the last Mishmor of the term, picked Toronto’s Russian Shliach Rabbi YY Zaltzman. Each boy in that group received a beautiful new Haggadah.
