Why do the gabbaim allow such deafining noisemakers as air-horns? Should’nt noisemaking be more symbolic,rather than pandemonium?

Daniel Halperin came as Pharoah with a chariot being wheeled by a mummy…. He had this huge shofar blaster in the shape of a snake, with fire shooting out of it. It was amazing and you wil not find such creativity in the whole world.
you want to see the person in the best costume then come to toronto and wait till you see rabbi halperin. fp
