New Sefer Torah in Petersburg
The second Sefer Torah this year was welcomed at the Beis Menachem shul in Petersburg, headed by Shliach Bentzion Lipsker, who operates under the Head Shliach Rabbi Mendel Pevsner. The event was attended by hundreds from the Petersburg community and visitors from Moscow, Israel and throughout the world, including many from the Georgian community.
