Chabad of Little Neck, directed by Rabbi Eli and Rivky Shifrin, welcomed its first Sefer Torah Sunday.
The Siyum began at Yeshivah Har Torah and continued with a procession through the streets to the Chabad House, accompanied by lively singing and dancing.
