Mrs. Alta Bas Sheva Saffran bas Hachosid Reb Moishe Yoiseph Neumark OBM, from Montreal Canada, passed away today in Montreal.
She is survived by her husband, Reb Pinchus Saffran, son Reb Azriel Saffran from Toronto Canada, and daughter Yehudis Cattan from Boca Raton Florida.
She is also survived by her siblings Avraham Neumark – DDO/ Israel, Necha Rubin – Montreal, Menucha Gerstel – Montreal, and Berel Neumark – Long Beach NY.
The levaya will be tomorrow at 12.30 pm in the Lubavich Section of the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Laval, Montreal.

Mrs. Saffran was always cheerful despite her physical illnesses. always a good work to anyone and everyone. I barely knew her, but knew so much of her. AShe always had such perseverence in everything she did – nothing stopped her. she has always been an example and will continue to be one. how sad I am that she is gone.
