Chabad takes to the Streets

In honor of the 11th of Nissan, the Lubavitcher Rebbe's birthday, participants of the "Mitzvah Tank" Parade did Mivtzoim on Manhattan's streets Thursday, distributing Pesach materials and information, and helping passerby put on tefillin. Video, Photos

i walked and drove for meetings in half of manhattan today and forgot it was the parade, IE i did not see one tank more tanks needed for next year every year at least 107!!!

I think it is absolutely outrageous that there are children talking to complete strangers without supervision! I wonder what the rebbe would say about this!
