AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!
apprently there was some article in mishpacha magazine about melbourne with photos that did not include chabad mosdos.
if you read #8 correctly, you will notice that s/he is pointing out how nice the photos on col which include chabad mosdos as opposed to the mishpacha magazine

I LOVE MELBOURNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
making australians look good since 66
melbourne doesn’t look like ch! chas veshalom!
Nothing like it.
And no Melbourne does not look like Crown Heights, or Montreal! Go visit – see for yourself – it’s one of a kind!
what are you drinking???
and sydney’s better???
melbourne smashes them all, but not crownheights beruchniyus
MISHPACHA MAGAZINE COULD ONLY GIVE ALL THE ABOVE A SINGLE PARAGRAPH? SHAME ON THEM!
That’s the Melbourne Yechi Centre reserved for Israeli backpackers.
Rabbi & Mrs Mordecai Perlow and his family
Just compare to the coverage of Lubavitch mosdos (NONE!) in last weeks Mispacha magazine!
To compare cities is closed minded and just plain ignorant. Every place in the world has it maylos and chesronos and it is up to us to make the place where we live better.
But saying that you would be hard pressed to find a more livable city than Melbourne both as a place to live and Jewishly – but I am not biased….
great picture of you Menachem Mendel. We love you
#8: I so agree! I was flabbergasted by their glaring omission!
This brought back such wonderful memories of OC 5763…what a year it turned out to be!! What a special experience it was!
The very first picture is of Ohel Chana. the pictures of the building that looks like 770 is Chabad House of Caulfield. the Yeshivah Ohelei Yosef Yitschok is the Chabad boys school, are they all not Lubavitch mosdos? open your eyes!!
I Love Melbourne!!!!!!!!!!
where are pics of beth rivkah??!!
no photos of the best looking yechi sign in the world in yeshiva shule?
Just read up about how the Lubavitch (Jewish!!)community in Melbourne (Australia at all) began with the Shluchim the Freideke Rebbe sent there years ago to join the Fieglen family including Althouse, Kluwgant, Wilschanski, Gurevitch, Serebryanski….Groner…(you may add more, these just came to mind)and many more family’s that are still there until today, it is a thriving community and may they have much Succes in thier Moisdois.
the house on the corner with the menorah is the israeli chaabd house here run by sara and dudu lieder.
Mitga’ageia
What ever happened to the reason, cause, and fire behind Melbourne! The Rebbe sent Shluchim to Y.G. starting in 1967, and since there have been Shluchim.
Y.G. were the best years of my life, and it is an embarrassment that there are no pictures of it!
(even if it was Tishrei and all the Bochurim were by the Rebbe b/c the Shluchim took them, there can still be photos!)
Where are the pics of YG?
melbourne does not look like CH – CVS!
