On Thursday a delegation from the Russian city of Perm visited Moscow, for a meeting with Chief Rabbi of Russia Rabbi Berel Lazar.
The delegation included Perm Shliach Rabbi Zalman Deutsch and Perm’s Minister of Culture Mr. Boris Milgram, a close freind of Rabbi Deutsch, who regularly attends synagogue in Perm and supports the local Jewish community.
Also in attendance was the famed Moscow-born artist Yuri Kuper.
The meeting concluded with a tour of the Marina Roscha Jewish Community Center and the Sharei Tzedek Organization.
