Chabad Tysons Jewish Center marked Gimmel Tammuz with a first time printing of the Tanya in Tysons corner, VA.
Rabbi Levi Deitsch adressed the crowd explaining the meaning of the Tanya and the significance and importance of its being printed in Tysons Corner for the first time.
The large crowd were honored to be addressed by Rabbi Sholom Deitsh, head shliach to northern Virginia, as well as Rabbi Pinny Andrusier, shliach of Southwest Broward and Rabbi Chessy Deitsch, Shliach in Tysons corner.
The event was attended by the Tysons community at large as well as neighboring Shluchim with their communities.
In attendance was the head shliach of Italy, Rabbi Gershon Mendel Gorelik, as well as Rabbi Mendy Chitrik, head Shliach of Turkey.
The first Tanya to be printed of the night was by Rabbi Gorelik bringing the number of Tanya editions to be printed to 5564.
Followed by a video presentation of the Rebbe speaking about the Tanya, the crowd was invited to join in the momentous occasion by printing their own Tanya and making a L’chaim.
